Remarks

Management is very helpful and hardworking. In one word 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

There is semester based examination with total six semesters in three years and course is well defined with 4 or 5 credentials each semester. Also exam is divided into two parts internal and external assessment which are in ratio pf 75:25. It is well balanced between theory and research throughout all semester and new CBCS course structure helps the student to develop fully as an individual in commerce background and the college has seminar paper in final semester which helps a student in developing the social interaction activity which is mostly required to work as proffesional in future.

Placement Experience

3.5

I am in B. Com (Hons) course. The Placement Cell of Rajdhani College is very active and very good. Last year almost 200 students got placed which is approximately 80%. The highest package was 6. 8 LPA and average package was 3. 5 LPA. Top recruiters were PwD, EY, tresVista. Many students got internship as well. Almost 60% got interned in various companies like Aditya Birls, Bridging Group, etc.

College Events

3

There are many societies that regularly organizes events. The cultural events were held like annual function society function of each department of commerce. The technical events like study tour was conducted once to Rasulgarh industrial area bhubaneswar and management events were not conducted frequently but seminar paper were done. Some events like stockoholic, annual fest, NGA, quizzes held last year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is feasible as it is a goverment college and the fee is affordable and there is also a separate and low fee structure for girls and physically handicapped children and also govt provides scholarship for meritious students and college accepts payments in form of cash as the fee is too low. there is no other way to secure an admisson as this is an govt merit based admisson college. Yes it provides the transparency in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is feasible as it is a goverment college and the fee is affordable and there is also a separate and low fee structure for girls and physically handicapped children and also govt provides scholarship for meritious students. there is no other way to secure an admisson as this is an govt merit based admisson college.

Campus Life

4

The gender ratio is quite good and diversity is quite well and we have large playground for sports like cricket, football and area for indoor games like carom, chess. There is a science lab and debates were regularly conducted in the college in various topics and all the competitons were held in a proper and fair way.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel is not available for Rajdhani College. But there are PG's available nearby college. the fee for the PG's is also affordable and feasibe the fee is around 5000-6000 monthly along with mess. Also if someone wants to rent a flat administration helps in that.

Alumni/Alumna

My senior is good for me because of they're helpful every time and always guide me. Senior students are gives us books and materials. They are always support. All colleges senior are good. Senior is very helpful.

Admission

For merit based coursez process is very simple BCOM Hons is one of them. First you have to apply on delhi university portal within stipulated time frame. And when cut offs are out match them with your marks and choose College and visit that College within next 3-4 days with all required documents like 10 & 12 marksheet, application form etc.

Faculty

3.5

The teachers were really helpful and cooperative. The teaching quality was really good, they were always ready to help and support. The course curriculum is effective and makes ready for internships, jobs and industry ready. I thought that in government college teachers don't teach but to my surprise teachers were always ready for help. They even have their numbers and created WhatsApp groups so that no class is left and taught well whenever they got chance. Really impressed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
