Remarks

College management is all about good at all and the teachers also most helpfull to the students but some teachers irratated lots.

Entrance Preview

I passed away 12 and aftr d the result i egrly waiting for the du cut off dn i noted the cut off of this college and got admission in it and nothing to clear entrance exam.

Courses depend on the cut off lists as prescribed by the delhi university and individual by the college in which you wnt to got admission i fullfilled all the details and follow the procedurethen i got admission.

Internships Opportunities

I am in 3 year so egarly waiting for the companies and the college has its own placement cell for third year students who can apply by submitting their CVs to the department head companies that provide recruitments include ICICI, RBS, GENPACT, etc.

Placement Experience

My college has its own placement cell and the placament will available to those who submitted their CV got the recruit accordingly. Many companies like ICICI, HDFC, yatra.com, pepsico etc companies wolud contract to my college and they offered 15000-20000 only.

College Events

Lots of events like management, books fair, tree plantation, modern technology, save the girl child, sexual harrasment lots of events would conducted by experts and they gave lots of useful tips and also always a osm tour, diwali celebration festival conducted by our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is totally affordable or less than expensive which can be afford by everyone in modern time in B.Com aprox 8000 fees designed by college i defined hardly as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only the toppers got this facility and also disabled students also got scholarships from college they not only got admission in low fees but also got a extra money provided by the college.

In our college more boys than girls and due to this we really enjoyed lot in all the parties conducted by the college but on the other side girls are intelligence in studeis and scored more than boys they always front in the race of every event or activity the environment is totally comfort and the politics are always osm.

Hostel Facilities

Totaly osm facilities provided by the PG's. In PG we enjoyed lot and the PG rate is 3000-4000 per person ut depends on the individual and in that PG you will find some useful thingsas available in homes.

Seniors not only seniors but also the best part of learn lots of things not only in studies but also learn about some activities and really they learn lots of chapter and always welcome the freshers as like the new bridal.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences.
