College Review

Management is fine. I did not face any issue and there is no politics involved.

Exam structure is common nothing special no extra research driven structure is there. they are following the same structure as other private colleges. they are not focused on doing something new or some research. Although the exam structure is not that hectic.

More than 70% for good placements as far as intership is concerned I have no idea. Placements were not that good.

Extra curricular activities were good. They have an annual function, annual sports, debates and promotional events also by the punjab film actors. Annual function includes all types of activities likes games, dance, drama, fun, live band shows, debates etc.

It is quite expensive as compared to other states colleges but if it is compared to private universities then it is cheaper. fee breakdown was clear there was no hidden charges. there are some refundable fees and we did not receive those fee even after 5 years.

Yes there is scholarship for students who score more than 80-85% in the senior secondary. I was not eligible for that.

Yes. hostel seats are good in numbers. one can get the hostel and the best part of this colleges is the hostel life. Hostel is too good. There are no air conditioned rooms but the hostel rooms are spacious and maintained.

Seniors were helpful. Though we did not need much help from them but whenever required they helped us.

Direct Admission by filling admission form in the college. Otherwise they also admission on JEE merit list. I opted for elelctrical engineering and the reputation of this college was good at that time. One can directly go to college and take the admission.

Faculty was not highly qualified mostly. most of them were new and less experienced. Some of them were highly experienced and old professors also but the newly appointed faculties were not much impressive. It affects on the quality of education. Faculty should be better.
