So to conclude the one thing I can say is that it is one of the best college in india being it study or infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview
As being a doctor is a Nobel profession, so one should choose IGIMS as it provide a good place for research based learning. If we talk about exam, IGIMS is a single college under the university, so the exam is taken fairly well. In first year we have to give three internal exam and one University exam.
Placement Experience
As it is a medical College so there is no question of placement but as per as internship is concerned we get approx. 20-25k per month.
College Events
We have the following events in our college that is celebrated with full enthusiasm:- 1)CFD- means college foundation day celebrated every year. 2)Then we have Saraswati Puja worshipping goddess Saraswati. 3)Then we have the cerebraxia which is the biggest festival of our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of our college is obviously feasible as it is a government college. Being autonomous it is a bit expensive than other government colleges of Bihar. In first year the is as follows:- 90 k academic fee along with the admission fee and 20 k for hostel.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I don't have availed any scholarships so I don't have much knowledge about it. But I have heard of government providing scholarship to students.
Campus Life
The campus Life is awesome. The girls:boys ratio is 40:60 which is variable. We have a good extra curricular activities as we have different societies like music society, dance society photographic society providing full scope to every MEDICO of our college.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the alumni network is awesome. The seniors are very helpful and cooperative. They help us in every situation being it study or sports.
Admission
1)For getting addmission to this college one should first clarify the neet-ug exam conducted by NTA. 2)YOU SHOULD SCORE ATLEAST 570-600 OUT OF 720 IN NEET. 3) After that you have to go through online counselling conducted by central and state government separately. 4)You should choose this college as this is ranked "1" college of state Bihar.
Faculty
We have atleast 3-4 lectures one practical and one dissection on human body(cadaver). We can easily reach our faculty members either directly or by whatsapp or on call. We have professors which are ranked number one in herarchy then comes additional professors and assistant professor.
