NMIMS - a place to be

It is everything. Its relevant, research driven and fair as all the professors take all there time to prepare it. The curriculum had practical aspect in it too, we were given examples about various industries and how the provided knowledge could be imparted in practical life or corporate life.

The placement cell works really hard to give 100% placements which has been seen from years and it has never failed to do so.

I personally didnt attend the competitions as such but there are many clubs for almost everything you have interests in. For example you have sprts club for sports, nature club, VAAYU, Social responsibility forum for the social work, entrepreneurship cell.

The fee structure was feasible and being a university running in mumbai it was. It failed on providing the infrastructure but being in Mumbai expecting that would be a lot to ask. They do provide transparency in fee breakdown and its mentioned clearly on the fee reciept.

No i wasnt offered a scholarship opportunity while the time of admission. I was directly given the admission on merit basis

The course is well designed and choosing bcom would have given me ample of opportunities in my future. And NMIMS is a top ranked university in India which would help me learn a lot. The admission process is simple, you have to register for NPAT which is a common entrance test and if you clear that you are selected for your desired course after you meet the minimum grade criteria.

We had 4 lectures per teacher every week. And we had 5 lectures each day. Lecturers had excellent knowledge and past experiences. They were from varied backgrounds which gave us in depth knowledge about not only academics but practical knowledge of the industry.
