The college management is good and the seniors have been helpful.

Having an inclination in science i always wanted to opt for engineering the courses i had as an options were Mechanical, Production or instrumentation and to my relief all of the three courses were offered by KGCE. I scored 101 in my MHCET exams and looking at my marks i opted for KGCE and got a seat in my first attempt itself there were no interview as such and the admission process is simple to be understood by all.

Being a production engineer, the hurdle most of us face are lack of proper books to complete a single chapter of a subject you might have to refer a lot of thick reference books and the search for it is pretty time consuming. Due to which most of us depended upon xerox copies from previous year notes.In such situations the contribution of the faculty matters the most as they correctly guide you which areas should be focused to grasp the complete course.

This is a very important phase in a student's life and here i can gladly say that being into production engineering we were the only students who had the opportunity of getting into internship with organizations like Siemens, Godrej and L & T. I was selected by siemens and the stipend offered varies by each organization please note production engineering is the only course which has an internship program.

Well sadly the placement program is not that good only godrej came and picked up 7 students offering 5L p.a. this is the area where the college needs to focus.

Technical fest, science and innovation competitions, games, cultural fest, dance and singing competition, and numerous other events are celebrated by the students.

The fee structure is extremely affordable compare to other mumbai University colleges though it is based on the outskirts of mumbai, with the fees structure of the college many students have got opportunity to be an engineer.

The college is very active and the students have always been steady participators in all the extracurricular activities be it sports or innovative events, we have technical fest and cultural fest which engages each and every student in the college.

The hostel facilities and mess food is average many students have lived through it but have not seen anyone being happy about the same.

The network has been maintained by the seniors and the professors can be reached out on alumni day and we get to know a lot about experiences of others which benefits the current batch studying in the college.

The exam structure and the practicals are always balanced it helps you to prepare for your final examination.

The faculty of the college is quite helpful they give importance to attendance a lot so you can expect all of the lectures to be conducted. Most of the important topics are covered as well as the practicals.
