Remarks
University is good, faculties are good, education is awesome, events are nice, but the infrastructure is not so good currently construction is going on.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum as of now it's good, it has all high level and latest courses, and are very interesting. For higher semesters all courses are good. The exam structure is a little bit tough our college has computer based examinations system, and the final exam is ESA. It is one of the toughest university exams I know.
Placement Experience
Placements are good, totally 3 tiers, tier 1 have higher package, tier 2 average package, tier 3 somewhat low package, last year's placements are good, one student got the highest package 49. 2lpa. many have got average packages. Our university has many placement opportunities.
College Events
Our university has many events namely the main one is Atmatrisha it is a fest of our college, famous Bollywood celebrities singers comes to the fest to entertain us. It has many sports events too, many students participate in the programs like volunteer, participant etc. merit students get a scholarship that is also an event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is somewhat expensive. like kcet students have fees nearly 1. 10 lakh per year and pessat students have 3 lakh per year, Management seats are a little bit expensive. The mode of payment is a Demand draft. But it gives scholarship yearly to merit students in the form of fees concessions.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah, the college offers scholarship for merit students for every semester, loan facilities also there in colleges bank. Many students applied for it, I also applied for a student loan in vidyalaxmi portal for my future education.
Campus Life
The campus is good, it has an equal gender ratio, it has many workshops, freshers parties are there, competition is huge in number, no religion all are equal, politics like good leadership qualities are there. Labs are good we are learning many things, sports facilities are good. debates, pick and speak etc.
Hostel Facilities
Yeah, I'm staying in a hostel but it's very expensive but it has all facilities, its fees are 1, 10, 000 per year. Rooms are big and are cleaning weekly. All kinds of sharing are theirs. Food is also somewhat good. PG are very costly nearby colleges.
Alumni/Alumna
Comments on seniors, many seniors are helpful in many ways, we are interacting with them in many ways. They also help us like anything. Many great alumni from this college.
Admission
Firstly I got admission to this college through the Karnataka entrance exam (kcet) other way is the college's own exam named PESSAT this is for students who belong to out of Karnataka. This is the process of admission. PES UNIVERSITY is one of the top universities in Karnataka mainly for the CSE branch.
Faculty
Saying about lecturers it has many, many are experienced and have good qualifications. Doubt clarification is awesome as of now. Yeah, many lecturers have work experience in various industries and have good certifications. Many lecturers are working in many research fields.
