Good college with good infrastructure

The college infrastructure is good along with many facilities like lift library sports equipment but the quality of education can be improved and the area where the college is dirty.

Previously we used to have an annual exam which was conducted by the University of Calcutta along with many tests conducted by the college but now the exam structure has changed. We now have semester structure. Which is now I think is better than the previous one because more effort is needed in this structure.

The college placement is below average, very few companies vistis our college. Some of them are TCS, PWC etc.

This college have many events like annual sports event, annual debate, annual fest etc. The biggest of them all is the annual fest, it is hosted outside of the college in different venues. And the participation of the students is huge. Other than that rest of the events happen in the college and good amount of students participate in the same.

The college fee structure is bit in the expensive side as compared to many colleges offering the same degree from the same university ie University of Calcutta but those are government colleges and they don't have as much facilities. For availing such facilities we have to pay some premium.

No I didnot get any scholarship or any loan personally and if there is any scholarship program I donot know about those.

The gender ratio is almost same between males and females. We have sports competition and many extracurricular activities like debates and annual fest, they are good if you involve in those activities. And almost students of all religions study there.

We donot have any hostel facility as of now we have to live here by renting rooms. The college property is huge but there isn't any hostel facility and I donot see any hostel facility in near future as the college donot have any plans for the same.

I had very short interactions with the college seniors, personally it didn't affected me or my experience.

I opted for this course because it was best suited for me. I chose this institution because of the infrastructure and facility provided by the college. We had to fill and submit the college form first along with intermediate marksheets after few days the college published merit list and I took admission.

We have almost 7 lecturers in our course. The average age is almost 40, some of them have masters some have b.ed. And some of them are really good and make everything clear to us but few need to give more effort in their teachings. No, the lecturers don't hold any relevant industry experience.
