As I remember few months back I had some concern regarding some college document which I was looking for, for that I mailed to college authority but I didn't get any reply for that. and about good thing when ever I had concern about anything if I communicate over call then they try to help me out as much as they can. but they should be equally respond irrespective of any mode of communication.

Had given AIEEE, based on AIEEE rank got admitted to this college.I scored around 246.I didn't have any other option as I had science background and was interested in doing engineering only.I opted this college because as per my AI rank I wan getting this college and I heard from cousin brother that this college is very good in respect of faculties and placements.

I opted for IT (information technology).This is little bit different from CS (computer science)few subjects are not common like circuit theory.this is four years course. first year was common for all streams subjects were like physics, chemistry, English, maths. etc.next two years CS and IT subjects were almost common like C, Java in programming language. last year was only specific to that domain.

As I know very few companies come to this college for Internship. Few automobile companies come but this is only for auto mobile stream fellows. As far as I know, during my course in this college I didn't see any cos came for Internship program.

In our batch there were around 250 students out of them I think most of them either selected on campus or off campus. I don't have exact stats as of now.cos like TCS, Hero motors came for recruitment.

Fee structure was Ok, i didn't feel it as expansible as I knew fees of other private engg. Colleges in other universities. At that time fees was around 40K per annum, so total of 1.6 lakhs (course fees)

I don't anything about scholarship/loan facility offered by my college. I directly consulted with Bank of Baroda (native) where I was already keeping one savings account.

Campus life was awesome as apart from faculties and academics, there was facilities for various extra co curricular activities like we had good play ground which gad good basketball court.

Hostel facility was not upto mark. Initially I opted for college hostel as I was alone, didn't have any friend. College had hostel which was taken as rent means they took rented house. They were charging around 2.5K per month per head.

Till now I had very less communication with college seniors, as I remember few months back I had some concern regarding some college document which I was looking for, for that I mailed to college authority but I didn't get any reply for that.

Exam structure is good. Each semester (6 months duration) consists of 3-4 unit tested and one final semester exam after every 1 and half month they conduct unit tests which includes things covered till date.

Faculty was very good most of them were M. Tech. from recognized colleges like jadavpur university, Shibpur etc.Mathematics teacher was excellent. Name of faculty is "Mr. Arun Kumar Jalan".
