Entrance Preview

I took IP entrance exam for B.TECH. My rank was 3939. I opt Electrical and Electronics Engineering because that was my aim and it totally planned.

Course Curriculum Overview

Some subjects are tough like Machines and Power Electronics. But overall, after this course, you get to understand the interior of every machine, every electrical instrument, its construction and working.

Internships Opportunities

I had done my college internship from DMRC. It was a great experience. Whatever i had studied in the past few years, i got the chance to see all those machines and instruments and gain more practical knowledge.

Placement Experience

College placement is upto the mark. Nearly 80% students are placed with good CTC. Most of the students are placed in the two mass recruiter companies Infosys and Accenture.

College Events

Lots of events happen during college session like Cultural fest, Technical fest, Sports fest, Dance events, Blood donation camps, Fashion parade event. Students actively take part in all these events, not only those who belong to the college but also the students from different college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, every year scholarship is given to the needy students who have not a strong economic background by the University.

Campus life is good. A person can have so many things to get involved apart from studies. The gender ratio in the college is such that about 40% students are female in the college.

College faculty is good. It consists of some brilliant minds that inspired and motivated me during my tough times. The way the provide knowledge to the students is extraordinary.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
