Entrance Examination : IPU CET My rank was 7011. I opt for this college because it is one of the best engineering colleges in Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is appropriate for an engineering student as engineering is a professional course so it has a vast syllabus. But the course is in the limit so that the students can easily cope up with it.
Internships Opportunities
Till now, i had not joined any internship.so, i can't express my views about it. But i had got some news from the seniors that they had a very nice experience of their internship and they had offered a sum of around Rs 25000/per month.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities are very good. Every year around 800 students got placed from this college. There are some mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and also there had been placements in companies like Microsoft.
College Events
There are various events done during college premises and their event is Techsurge & Mridand. It is a technical and cultural fest where students from other colleges perform various acts and some students innovate new ideas and there were prize distribution also as per the talent of the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite high but as it is a private college and since the course is BTech and nowadays in every college there is an average fees of Rs 1 lac per annum and so as mine.
Fees and Financial Aid
This college provides various scholarships for meritorious students. It give 50% fee waiver to the students who got ranked between 1-10 in the entrance exam.
Campus Life
The campus life is very enjoying as the campus has a very large playground and also there are small competitions going on every day on some topics. There was also a Blood Donation Camp and i had also donated some blood.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are also good but there is only a boy's hostel and no girl's hostel so there is a bit problem for female students. But apart from that the hostel has a capacity of 400 students and the mess is also nice as their price are too reasonable and the food is also good.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors of our college are very helpful.The word ragging is not known by students in our college. The seniors had also arranged a freshers party for us. They always cooperate with students and also donate their books and study materials to us.
Exam Structure
The exams structure was so nicely managed by the college administration that a student can never feel hectic. There were mid terms consisting of exasm of 1.5 hrs and then after around 2 months there were end term examinations.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very good as they are highly qualified from the best institutes of their subject. The professors are very cooperative with students and always help out the students.
