One of the best upcoming college

There were multiple reasons for choosing this particular college. The very first reason being the wonderful environment around which the college is built. Secondly, the infrastructure of the campus is good. The campus has all basic requirements as in Xerox centres, multiple canteens and snack centre. Further, the college has a huge playground as well. The very first impression of the staff of the college was pretty nice as they assisted in each and every step of the admission and now even after 2 years in the college, the support and guidance haven't decreased. I had also heard about the lavish youth fest and Shivaji Jayanti celebration organized by the campus. All this made me choose this college It took admission here after completing my 12th in 2018.

The college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for its curriculum and examinations. I had taken up BE computers. The first year is the same for all the departments with basic and core subjects of all discipline. The department started from the second year onwards. The first year faculties are really supportive, joyful and help us to get through all the difficult subject which are of other disciplines other than the one chosen. Further going towards the Computer Department, this department is full of fun and joyful staff who help you nurture your talent from the vast field of computers. The lavish labs and classroom are mesmerizing and well ventilated. The general teacher-student ratio is 1:60/65 for theory lectures and for practicals1:25 The facilities are well qualified. All of them are postgraduate with some even perusing PhD. Some of the senior faculties also hold a PhD degree in their respective subjects. Internal exams are conducted monthly with strict evaluation.

They do encourage the students to take up internship outside campus with or without stipend. It depends from year to year and on students how they take the opportunity. Basically this starts after the first semester of the 3rd year.

Generally, students are eligible for internship from the second half of the 3rd year. Placement cell is highly active with guidance and preparation starting from the second year itself. Some the companies that come in are Zensar, Cognizant, Amazon and L&T among others.

The basic school fees are nearly 90K to 1L per annum. But a lot of scholarships are provided by the college to bring down the fees. The college helps the students to avail various cast scholarships as well as state government scholarships along with private scholarships. Mainly they promote students to avail the Maharashtra EBC scholarship which reduces the fees to 45k. Throughout the process of the scholarship the respective cell gives complete assistance. The only requirement is proper documents and at least 70%attendance.

The annual youth fest and the technical fest are generally helped in the second half of the academic year as in Jan or Feb. The fest lasts for around 4-5 days of complete enjoyment with different technical, cultural and sports competition held on the campus. Technical competition are of national level and participants of all different college come in to compete. The library is well equipped with text and reference books required for the curriculum as well as for extra knowledge. There is a huge playground as well as a cricket pitch for the practice of various sports. Extracurricular activities also include various festival celebration like Shivaji Jayanti and Ganesh Utsav.
