My college was a short distance from home that's why I choose it. And also I was not getting admission into other better institutions with my rank, and also I heard that they used to provide good campusing
Course Curriculum Overview
Maximum of the faculties were good, they knew how to teach, they used to take long hour classes and provides notes, and even they were ready to solve any doubts after. I would like to name some of the faculties as they were extraordinary: PM mam( ICE DEPT, control electronics), PS mam( ICE DEPT, MICROPROCESSOR), PB mam( ECE DEPT, Analog electronics, digital electronics), jhimlee mam( ECE DEPT, communication), mala mam( ECE DEPT, SIGNAL AND SYSTEM), Swarup Sir( EM theory and antenna theory). But one thing I like to add that only theoretical knowledge was good, they couldn't provide good practical knowledge.
Placement Experience
Our college used to organised fake campusing, yes you heard it right. They organised one ERICSSON on campusing, but that was a fake one, similarly, maximum of the companies were either sales or BPO, not even IT, I can remember one CCTV company on campusing was organised for electrical and electronics branch, that too was for sales and salary was around 18000 per month, and job location was in Punjab. But most importantly till now after passing out from the college for nearly 3 years, we have not received our caution money (10000/-) that was taken at the time of admission (2013) and was fully refundable. ( Obviously, if you have not lost any books in the library, or have broken any important lab equipment). I personally have applied for the caution money 3 times, with cancel cheque, every time they used to confront us that we will get our money. But I don't think that's never gonna happen
Campus Life
WiFi was not available, In the library maximum books were available and labs were well equipped, a common room was also there separately for boys and girls. Yearly football and cricket tournaments were used to organised. Sarawati puja and Vishwakarma Puja was also a great attraction during our college days.
