IILM has a decent reputation. Campuses based in Noida and Jaipur. Provides central placement.The ROI is good. Located in Lucknow itself which saved my other expenses (including hostel,folding and other expenses)

IILM is working regularly on updating and this year only they added a separate programme for Finance. They are following the guidelines issued by the A.I.C.T.E and working accordingly to provide best in class education to their students. By live projects and Industrial visits they introduce students to the working of industries their cultures and ethics. Internships are arranged which gives an opportunity to explore and implement their theoretical knowledge. Professor Tauseef Irfan is an IIT alumnus and teaches the quants based subjects

Companies like HDFC, Bank of Baroda, Bandhan Bank, SBI, Sapio Analytics, Future Group, Byjus , Axis Bank , Kotak mahindra , ITC, Bajaj Finserv are some of the companies . Almost 80% of the students gets placed by the time of degree completion and the ones who are left are consistently informed and sent for placement through centralised placement program and try to get them place within a week or two . The placement teams works hard to get place students from the time of internships only they start approaching companies and by August, september they bring in companies and starts placement procedure and by december most of the students gets placed, which is because of the hard work and efforts of placement team .

Zeal, the annual fest happens every year in the month of January where participants from diferent colleges participate in cultural, academic and sports competition and the winners are facilitated with medals and certificate. This year there were students from almost all the colleges of lucknow .They pay attention on the other activities and acknowledge it , they have a criteria where they provide scholarship to students who had achieved something in sports or any other activities.

Scholarships are based on different criteria for example: they offer 20% to those whose parents(mother or father) are in armed services (police, army, bsf,etc.) Parents in armed forces , student achievement in sports , a female student they get 20% discount and only one is applicable ( if the student is female and father is in armed forces still she will 20% relaxation) Likewise, 80% marks in exams like CAT has a separate relaxation and 80% in mat has separate relaxation based on the merit and level of exam The college has tie up with banks like Syndicate ,Canada bank. The student can apply with his marksheet of 10th and 12th, graduation, the copy of competitive exam given and with form 16 (in government service ) of the parent. Students can apply from the online portal vidya lakshmi which is exclusively for education loan

As there are only two courses offered MBA and PGDM the building is decent and well maintained. There is a facility of wifi for every student. The learning is not limited as they provide numerous online content (Journal, Article, Newsletter, Literature paper and Case let). Students need not buy books from outside as they provide every reading material from their side . The Library is placed perfectly in a place where a student can study without interruption and any noise. To make the students system friendly they a computer lab which teaches them the basic needs of any student ( Ms office ) to make them corporate ready.
