Anonymous's Review On Netaji Subhas University Of Technology - [NSUT], New Delhi

Nsut is well known for its top and overall placements.Not only academics it also focuses on one's development activities and also has all the major sports facilities which includes a football stadium, cricket ground, basketball court, badminton court, volleyball court and Lawn tennis court etc.It has a fully functional library.It also encourages indoor sporting activities which includes like carrom board,table tennis,chess,yoga etc.Not only indoor sports it has a fully functional gym.At the end it has a bigger brand name and value,it is the second best after IIT Delhi in Delhi.

The course curriculum here in NSUT is very tough and extensive.The College gives only priority to academics first though it has all activities along with academics.The course syllabus is updated according to the current industry requirements.My experience for faculties is that it depends on the students that they are able to connect with them or not and rest they are average but some are excellent.If you want to do research than you need to connect with some of the good faculties present here as not all are inclined towards it.

NSUT is well known for its placement.Due to bigger brand name it has good placements.It has a good alumni network,so all the top companies can be seen in the campus during the placement season.Top offers in lakhs and crores both domestic and international are there.One who don't want to do job have gone with entrepreneurship and college supports them alot as they have a government funnded incubator through which they get almost all types of seed support and a good networking with alumnis through meet.It also have entrepreneurship clubs which supports and help individuals in entrepreneurial activities.

Campus Life is quite good.The campus is big lush green and full of flowers.You can roam around freely anywhere with your heart out.The college also supports extracurricular activities like sports,dance,Drama, debate etc.You can join a club for these activities according to your interest.The college hold two fest in a year one is technical and literary and the other one is cultural.The technical and literary fest which is known as innovision and resonance is conducted at a good level with technical events in day time and dj nights and celebrity nights in the evening.The cultural fest known as Moksha is a lit fest which is conducted at a grand level total of 3 days and sees a crowdfall of 50-60k audience, anyone from any college can participate in the events and it is followed by celebrity nights in the evening.

Since NSUT is a top government University one can easily get lone from bank.It has branches of SBI and Andhra Bank in the campus from where you can easily avial loan facility.There are different scholarship scheme on the basis of income and merit also.

Coming to the infrastructure,NSUT has a very big and maintained infrastructure spread across about 160-180 acres of land.It has a separate building for each and very department along with maintained labs in it.The campus has a library along with Student activity centre which contains facilities for indoor sports along with gym in it.The University has 3 canteens which have all soughts of meals.The University has hostels separated into boys and girls.
