Remarks

It is good for girls. full security is given Police are there to guard us. The study is good. teachers are helpful. campus placement is provided every month for different quota. Non academic facilities are also provided.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers of our college provide us with sufficient notes. if they are not able to complete the notes in one class they give pdfs online and then explain us properly in the class. a regular class and regular attendance are also taken. the number of students present is more on daily basis.

Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Placement Experience

I have not yet visited any internship. but my friends have been placed by campus placement. jobs given are quite good and safe for girls. Girls love to take the job given by campus placement. a well organized way of the interview is taken.

College Events

The campus life was really very exciting and thrilling. teachers are very helpful and supportive. the extracurricular activities are also very well organized be it in sports or fashion show we enjoy ourselves a lot.

Campus Life

The campus is not so well developed as the St Xavier's college or a bit. the classrooms are big but the lack of fans. The washroom is not properly cleaned even the classroom benches remain dusty for long. work on infrastructure is still in progress.

Great campus life in Jamshedpur

I choose Bcom because I have interest in the accounting sector , it helps me in the real life , currently I am working in the accounting sector . The exams timings was not much good, It has to be improved, the 1 st sem exam was held after 1 year of admission and afterthat next sem was taken earlier.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of guru nanak College dhanbad is quite good and revelant as per the university pattern .it covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps in understanding the subject deeply .the syallabus is updated time to time according to latest trends, which makes it useful for higher studies and competitive exam also. The subject are arranged in a proper way semester wise so students don't feel much pressure .exam are held regularly,mostly at the end of each semester and internal tests are also taken for practice.the difficult level of exams is moderate,not very hard if you study regularly

Placement Experience:

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

A Modest College Life , Learning & Limitations

Placement Experience:

This College provides campus placement, but only a few companies come, only 2 or 3. From the 5th or 6th semester, students are eligible for the campus placement. The average package of my college is 3.57 LPA & the highest is 7 LPA. My plan is to appear for banking after completion of my degree.
