Remarks

This is one of the most renowned colleges of Journalism and Mass Communication in West Bengal. The faculities are too good. Lab facilities are well offered by the college. Internships are offered even in 2nd year.

There are total five faculties in my department. The guidance offered by them is too good. In the whole academic year, we have the opportunity to take part in various academic activities. Making short films, documentary film, tabloid journal etc are part of our dept. course.

Almost every media houses in India has students from Netaji Nagar College. They all are doing good in life. Photographers, film makers, reporters, writers, journalists, editors, videographers, copywriters and many more achieved career from this college.

College Events

In the whole academic year, we have the opportunity to take part in various academic activities. Making short films, documentary film, tabloid journal etc are part of our dept. course. College offers seminars and state level presentations for students. Cultural programs are enjoyed and arranged by student union.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.
