Remarks

As an aspiring law student, it was an honor for me to be a part of this renowned institution. SLS, CUSAT is highly praised as one of the best colleges in Kerala for an in depth study in law. The members of the teaching faculty are highly qualified. The serene atmosphere of the college stands as an added benefit for my choice of opting this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus is adequate. The faculty is very good here. Many members of the teaching faculty are Doctorate holders. There are various avenues for students to portray their innate talents and skills moot court competitions, client counseling competitions etc.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

As of now, the college is unequipped in the field of placement. There is no placement cell in the college. Discussions are on the plate regarding set up of efficient placement cell. In the past, some of the seniors secured corporate jobs.

College Events

Campus life is amazing at CUSAT. Different departments have different fests in which any student can participate. There are MUNs, Tech fests, Management fests etc. for which people from all over South India participate.

There is basic infrastructure in the college. There are properly ventilated classrooms, a library with one of the largest collection of books in South India etc. Facilites like wi-fi and sports facilities are average here.

Placement Experience:

The university has a very active placement cell that is active eyar round and helps studnets of all departments secure placements. The legal school in particular get a few placement opputunities especially from corporates and banks looking for legal counsel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is BBA LLB with honours and it is a integrated courses only for 5 years . The course curriculum have internships for real life experience. We should complete 10 internships. The digital teaching method is good. The exams externals were late a bit earlier but now it is systematic.

Pros and cons of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is definitely a long one. But I felt it is good so that we can learn two degrees within this 5 years and so that we don't waste much time . Teaching time starts from 9:30 till 3:30 . This can be changed and can stop at 1 in the afternoon. Even though our sem exams are lagging our internals happen every now and then which is actually helpful.
