College is excellent in terms of placement opportunities. The only drawback worth mentioning is the outdated syllabus and curriculum that is designed for us. The faculty is good.

Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Information Science Branch (ISE) as my branch of engineering. My college was affiliated to VTU and the syllabus was outdated. It needs to be revised to map to the current age and the examination process should be changed to suit a more practical approach to learning.
Internships Opportunities
Internship was not offered in our college. As our institute is affiliated to VTU, internship was not compulsory. Such opportunities were not available to us.
Placement Experience
Placements is excellent in our college. Many companies visited our Campus and there were many mass recruiters. In the year 2014-2015 the highest package that was offered was 24 Lakhs by Code Nation. Other companies include Capco,Ebay,Cisco,etc
College Events
We had many cultural and technical events organized. Every year we had inter college fest Maaya and one intra college fest organized. Hackathons were also organized.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure was expensive for COMEDK Annual Tuition Fee for the seats to be filled through COMEDK test and Centralized Counseling isEngineering - Rs. 1.25 Lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college organizes student exchange program where the good students who score well and also take part in extra curricular activities are selected and sent abroad.
Campus Life
Loads of events take place in my college allowing students to nurture and show their talents like fests, TED talks, and many coding competitions are organized every year. Workshops and seminars focusing on various fields also take place for students to gain more exposure.
Hostel Facilities
As my hometown is in Bangalore itself I did not join our college hostel.There wasn't any necessity for me to use hostel facilities. As for the college mess, the food was average. You get the regular stuff like sandwiches,juice,etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors of our college have been extremely resourceful and have given us the right guidance we needed most of the times especially during Placements. They had given us the right advice when we had to choose electives.
Exam Structure
We had three internal exams and one final exam per subject. Internal exams were for 25 marks. Final exams were for 100 marks.
Faculty
The faculty of my college were approachable. There were exceptionally good lecturers from whom we picked up a lot and built upon our skills sets. As in every college there some bad faculty who did not have in depth knowledge and used very poor techniques to impart the same.
