Remarks

Netaji Nagar Day College was close to my house. It was a suitable college for me since it is affordable and cheap. The cutoff is not that high and hence average students can take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

We follow the syllabus of Calcutta University. The academics of Netaji Nagar College is average. But the teachers are very good and friendly. They are very supportive. The college is reputed for General (not honours) Courses.

Placement Experience

Netaji Nagar College is a local college and doesn't make the list of top colleges in Kolkata. Students studying here generally work in small firms. We do not have a placement cell. But the college tries hard to fill the gap. Hence we are given constant career counselling sessions.

College Events

We have a good sized campus. We have many events in our college. Students take an active part in all the vents. Events are the Annual program, Rabindra Jayanti, Teachers Day, Freshers, Sports day and Farewell Party.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

A place to enhance skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.
