Remarks

I heard a lot of good reviews about this college. The college has a good reputation in Coimbatore and has a lot of experienced faculty. I asked a few passed out students and they claimed to have had a great placement and internship opportunities. I opted for computer science because I have am passionate about AI and app development.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses and syllabus are updated fairly regularly. The faculties are experienced and friendly with a good amount of subject knowledge. The curriculum covers all the important basic concepts thoroughly. We are often given challenged or seminars by external companies in the industry.

Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

There is a strong Alumni network owing to the age of the college. The placement opportunities are good and passed out seniors often deliver speeches and teach us about the placements and give us a look into the industry.

College Events

Ever year there is one prime all-department event called Nakshatra with a lot of cultural events. In addition to this each department holds a department specific event with its respective department related seminars, paper presentations and other technical events. There are over 20 clubs in the college and these clubs organise a lot of events too.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is not on par with other colleges. The wi-fi facility is great and the library, labs are well equipped but other infrastructure like the college cafeteria and hostel is poor. Sports facilities are moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Students are generally admitted in colleges of Tamil Nadu through TNEA counselling. Coimbatore Institute of Technology is among top 10 colleges of Tamil Nadu.
