Remarks

The overall campus is very pleasant. You will be happy to spend time inside the campus. Other then studies the college does alot of extra events like freshers fest teachers day and many more events in which one can explore his /her talents.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are well qualified and are very helpful, they even keep extra classes in case of any student facing any difficulty. The curriculum is relevant and it makes student perfectly ready for the future. Teachers are so helpful that they even clear our doubts on online classes and on-call or messages even on holidays also.

Placement Experience

The placements are very good this year in our batch. Our training and placement cell gives their best efforts to call companies. I can't deny the fact that many startup companies came but they were good. Highest package offered this year is 10 LPA by Byju's.

College Events

There are various types of extra curricular activities like Techfest, Annual Fest, Sports etc. The college conduct Fest every year. Besides that college have many extracurricular activities like robotics competition, cultural events.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
