Remarks

I chose this college because of the good placement rate, highly educated faculty, and awesome infrastructure. it is one of the best courses, so I have chosen this course. also, my interest is in coding and programming so I opted for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course offered several subjects that are being properly taught by Jamia Hamdard University teachers. Teachers conduct several lectures to understand the subjects. The teachers in our college are very friendly. They have good knowledge of the subject. The course curriculum is up to date, and it changes from time to time. Papers are checked within the universities and also by the teachers who teach the subjects.

About 65% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Apollo and HCL visit our campus for placements.

College Events

Our college does not organise many fests as compared to DU. Our college organises the only fest named NERDZ, which is a great fest, and students like it. Our college conducts many sports events, and it is a great place if you like sports.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

A Decent Guide to Jamia Hamdard

I applied to some other colleges also like Amity in Lucknow, University of Delhi and sharda too and I also got a letter from amity but it was very far compared to Hamdard in Delhi. when my name was listed in list of Jamia hamdard my parents thought it would be better for me to go Hamdard because of the environment so that's why I choose Hamard I did got rejected by other colleges because I was very late to respond to their mails Admission process is quite easy you first have to fill the form online on the site of Jamia hamdard within the given time period of whichever courses you like and then pay the form fees then you'll to wait for your name in the list of that particular course which the college releases time to time...Read More
