Remarks

I chose CIT because of its High ranking among other colleges and good coaching. Also It was located in Coimbatore as for my parents' concern. I had never thought of choosing a course other than Computer science and engineering because of my passion and desire towards gaining knowledge in this field

Course Curriculum Overview

Our Syllabus is up-to-date. They make us well aware of the outside world technology. Starting from the Principal, the HOD to even elective staffs, everyone treat us well and have sound knowledge. But the strictness varies in eac department.

Placement Experience

Plenty of job opportunities reach Coimbatore institute of technology. Our college has a placement committee with the ultimate aim of making every student prepared for all kind of interviews includung GDs, Aptitude questions etc.

College Events

Our college sports team regularly practice many kindbif games and participate in many tournaments conducted in different colleges. There are various clubs in our college each with the motive of imparting extra knowledge to all the students who join such clubs

Campus Life

A sophisticated one with all required laboratories and enough classrooms. Laboratories are well equipped with good instruments which support all kind of experiments. We have a large ground for cricket,hockey etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Students are generally admitted in colleges of Tamil Nadu through TNEA counselling. Coimbatore Institute of Technology is among top 10 colleges of Tamil Nadu.
