Entrance Preview
I had direct entry to second year of Engineering after my Diploma via CAP rounds under Mumbai University.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was average as per me. Studies were quite mundane. It should have been more creative and more informative. The additonal usage of computers and more of tutorials giving insight to practical knowledge base would have benefited majority of the students.
Internships Opportunities
Not much. Hardly 2-3 companies came that too with lot of references and requests. There were zero placements during our times. Students were quite dissatisfied from the TPO.
Placement Experience
For any graduate pass-out, the salary range started from 2 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum. All were freshers so we were not expecting much then.
College Events
Events are celebrated on a high pitch at Rizvi. Overall the events like RAYS, etc have made many students with multiple talents outshine in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees was feasible in Rizvi. Many students were happy about it until lately when it jumped up quite much than expectations. Nowadays, not one educational course is cheap. Every course has its business market value as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
Nope. None that I am aware of. Few students had taken education loan externally. Scholarships were given to students participating in extra-curricular activities.
Campus Life
It's fun to be in college. There is lot of love and laughter around. There are geeks, there are machos. there are nerdos! Most of all the environment is as per whom you chose to be friends with.
Hostel Facilities
Engineering students weren't provided hostel facilities. Most of them went for PG and rental options nearby for ease of commutation.
Exam Structure
The days were very hectic during the end of the semester like everywhere. The initial days of each semester were breezy!
Faculty
They were good and average as well. Teaching at times is monotonous job. It can be made exciting when Teachers implement new ways to make any lesson interesting for learning for their students.
