Remarks

decent Brand value and value for money.Also better teaching faculty as compared to other colleges in india.The course is 3 year full time comprising of 6 semesters which is itself a better value than distant bca course.The most important factor considering this college is that often visited by renowed indutrialist expose in a versatile manner.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its value for money course and student with low budget can easily afford to study without any hassle.Faculty taught nicely in regular classroom program.Industrial visits are often made by nearby eminent personalle.

BIT EXTREME Fest happens every year in my college.The best part is you can choose from a variety of events you want to take part in fest.The fest are conducted at city level and its very interesting too see that student from other colleges within same city are also welcomed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah loan facility available from State Bank of India and Uco Bank at easily monthy installment too.Student who are underpriviliged can go with the loan faciities without any major issue.Scholarships are too awarded for meritorious students who score well in academics.

Campus Life

The infrastructure was quite impessive with historic accent building.Free Wi-Fi is accessible to all registered students studying in campus.Our college has well equipped library that can accomodate 80 students at a time.

Hostel Facilities

No i haven't opted for hostel and wish to remain in PG for independent growth of my character.But hostel is quite interesting since you get well cooked and hyginic food and safety while you resides in campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
