Entrance Preview
I took CET ( common entrance test ) for Karnataka engineering colleges was taken by me. Scored around 10k and had to settle for higher fee admission was purely on merit and availability of seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course left with lot of options to choose from based on interest and availability of lecturers. This leaves you with no regrets to repent for not opting a subject.
Internships Opportunities
No stipend as such for graduation course. But I am sure there is scholarship for post graduation courses like M.Tech,MBA etc in various subjects. There is news of expansion in courses offered.
Placement Experience
Placement by bulk recruiters like Infosys,mindtree,Accenture etc starts in 6th semester for eligible students. There is also in-house training by companies like Accenture after the placement in the campus.
College Events
Yearly events to accommodate surrounding colleges and thus building competitive edge for students across departments events are such that they cover topics relevant for respective department.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure varies from type of seatStarts with very minimal of around 20k which is free seat because of merit and entrance exam CET under lower fee 2nd is bit higher which is around 60k. This is merit seat too under higher fee 3rd is higher which is around 80k. This is via COMEDK 4tg is management seat which varies from department to department. Ranges between 5 lakh to 15 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
Not to my knowledge however I believe there are organizations to provide scholarship for meritorial students BPL.
Campus Life
College with great ambience to support academics. Inherited culture of north karnataka makes it an ease for students across to mingle and accept respect various culture. Gender ratio is mostly 50:50 in campus hostel with food canteens built-in to reduce commute time. Place for every individual to fair well irrespective of gender,caste,creed, place,race,etc. All in all Well made campus which gives an individual to learn and evolve over period of 4 years.
Hostel Facilities
Variety of options for students vto choose between single,double and three sharing PG rentals are available for 2k without food in and around campus for both boys and girls.
Alumni/Alumna
Often meet of alumni is conducted yearly Unfortunately was unable to be part of same. There are online pages and thus making it easy to follow latest updates either in college or any association with college.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is compliant to VTU standards A standard which is normal acceptable pressure by students.
Faculty
Very supportive Knowledgeable Motivating Available 24*7 for students to clear doubts Internals have standard format to give an overall knowledge of subject preparing to mains.
