Being a deemed to be university, the curriculum was independent an was great in developing our skills for the upcoming exposure in the corporate or core industry. a Pbl (project based learning) method was followed which involved including project in every subject registered. the faculty line up was very qualified and competent 80% being phd holders. Academic record is among the best in the brst the country which can be proved by the star studded alumni association.

being in a metropolitan city it has great exposure to big MNCs which therefore come for recruiment in our campus like Google, microsoft, TATA, morgan-stanley, paypal, JP Morgan, cognizant, accenture, L&T, mindtree etc.

the college has many clubs like music, dance, drama, literary, debate society, gaming, code gen, yoga, trekking club and event management club. social clubs like enactus, nss, uddeshya, viteach. They conduct many events throughtout the year like curtain raisers, adios (music), dance pacito(dance) nukkad natak (drama) etc. the cultural 3 day fest is called Vibrance which has seen many renowed artists like Vishal-shekhar, amit trivedi, the local train, benny dayal, nucleya etc. the tech fest is also a 3 day deal called TechnoVIT which holds many tech workshops and other contests involving tech events and robotics and so on.

a spacious, green and well equipped campus we have 2 cricket fields, 2 football field, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool, hostel gyms and a separate multi gymnasium with new state of the art equipments. we have 3 hostels (2.5 for boys and 0.5 for girls) labs are equipped with 21st century equipment by renowned companies like national instruments and texas instruments

there are 4 kinds of rooms in the hostels 2 bed 3 bed 4 bed and 6 bed both available in ac and non ac. you need to attend hostel counselling based the ranks the college gives to students according to their previous year cgpa for availing their desired room. the hostel fees varies with the room. there are 3 kinds of messes being non veg, veg and special mess. the latter serving both non veg and veg. they charges are according to hostel norms. the average cost goes to 100000 per year for a student choosing 3 bed non ac with non veg mess. the food is excellent and hygienic and also the rooms are well cleaned and spacious.
