Entrance Preview
I secured 94 marks in MHT CET. I wanted IT branch and there are only few colleges having IT branch SITRC is one amongst them. Though SITRC was new at that time but its advertising and 2 year journey put its unique image than others.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course contains theory and practicals. Also it includes extra activities. College has a library containing various books and access to different paper publications to publish paper or read published papers.
Internships Opportunities
College rarely provides internship as it is in nashik district. There are quit a few requirements for internships.But if you are doing M.E, M.Tech and want to start your career, college offers a lectureship for its students.
Placement Experience
College has a Training and Placement team which really works hard. Team arranges different pool campus drives. Also college is registered to monster college so that student can get placed in the companies which conducts drive through monster college.
College Events
We had a grand event celebration each year. College arranges sadipotsav each year in Jan. Which includes indoor outdoor games. Last day of sandioptsav was memorial as its DJ night which was hosted by KK, EUPhoria band for last 2 years.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's quite expensive. As we compare its fee with other engineering colleges of nashik or Pune university, SITRC takes 10k more but its worth as you get infrastructure like MNC.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides different scholarship which can be varies after 3-4 years. Top scores from each dept get 5000/-Rs and certificate.
Alumni/Alumna
All passed out student are satisfied and are at good position in different organizations. College provides some facilities like infrastructure, security, internet access, air conditioning which is as good as any MNC, also formal uniform of college which helps us to adpot to professional life.
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted as per schedule provided by Pune University. Staff also arranges mock practical test, open book test some surprised test which are enjoyble.
Faculty
Faculty was quite good. Colleges has good experienced staff some of them having PhD. Faculty is more focused on theory than practicals. But from last 2 years college arranges different courses so that students gets practical knowledge.
