Remarks

The college management was improving day by day they had to be given time students were not impatient at all regular meetings on placements and students needs were missing scope of improvement is there only if right steps are taken.

Entrance Preview

I took JEE west bengal i scored fair much but as the competition was high that year i didn't get any college near around the main city but as i always wished to study on ece i opted for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

First year there was all subjects same for all the streams later on with the next years the subjects changed and became more specific in the last year communication was the biggest part.

Internships Opportunities

I did an vocational course in micro controller and visual index, it was for 24 days and 2 hours a day program beside that i made a micro controller based fully automated car parking area in my last year it was a good experience.

Placement Experience

1.5

Job opportunities and placements no was very low in our time as the college was new and the t.p.o. was a new guy he couldn't arrange fore many and also our college was in a village so renowned companies didn't want to come we had a few off campus drives and many got selected from there.

College Events

0.5

We had a yearly football tournament that was a great time one could feel the rivalry between the streams then it was a good experience on a whole other than that holi was celebrated but that was between the resident students only.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee struct er was like twenty five thousand per semester at our time which was quite expensive for many of us we had to get a bank loan to complete our study.

Fees and Financial Aid

The only thing the college offered was monthly concession on train fare which was also pretty low on numbers and was on first come first serve basis.

Campus Life

1.5

My campus life was awesome with cricket football and all kinds of games played everyday cards at night labs were good enough we had fun while at the drawing class.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility was good with two students per room mess food was very bad the hygiene part was not at all maintained.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is very poor in our college as there is no common link between any no common platform in social media also made the things worse a yearly meeting can be possible if anyone takes initiative.

Exam Structure

Semester wise exam structure was followed with 8 semester in the whole 4 year 2 semesters per year it was quite tough as we had a number of subjects to study.

Faculty

2

Faculties were new by then, as the college was still growing up they become more smarter by time we ended our career at the college more or less they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
