My admission year was 2011. I had prepared for MHT-CET. I scored a 82 in PCM. From the beginning I was clear about joining Sinhgad basically the only reason being its placement records.
Internships Opportunities
The internship college offers is on the basis of your score in second year first semester. You get an internship totally depends on your score and capabilities. And no as such stipends were offered.
Placement Experience
One of the best campus recruitment. We have more than 25+ MNCs coming in for recruitment. These have some big names like Cognizant Infosys Tach Mahindra L&T Accenture and many more. The average package offered was 3.25lpa.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible the tuttion fees is decided by the University Prathishtan. and this will be same for almost all colleges affiliated to UOP with just some difference in the development fees. My fees in First year was 90625/- and when I was in my final year it went upto 103325/-.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarships offered by college. No idea about the loan facility as I never availed one. But yeah if you want you can definitely enquire about it at the college office/admin office.
Campus Life
Campus Life is really good. College has many sports grounds available on campus for the students if they want to play any sport.college has a separate lawn tennis court, basketball area, Cricket and football grounds.
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni Meet is organized once a year where all the pass out students are called and some who had excelled in college in their times are awarded. The alumni meet is organized between February and march.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is semester pattern. There are two semesters in a year. Now the exam pattern has changed a lot. Earlier we used to have 100 marks written paper but then later on it was changed and made more convenient for the students.
Faculty
Faculty of College is really good. I have had some very nice experiences with my Professors . Just go with a nice and open mind to them and they could be good mentors for you as well in long run.
