BHU is a well known central university and you will be respected a lot being its alumini.Most of the students here are research oriented and ready to learn so even tea time or lunch discussions in mess are enlightening and informative.And most importantly the attitude of others towards you mostly depends on your own attitude.

Admission process was difficult as only 35 students were selected out of lakhs of candidate including all the quatas.It was objective type questions exam.Mostly exam involved thorough study of BSc. HomeScience curriculum.However since the exam was tough cutoff was quite low it seems.
