Very good learning experience

College management would have taken care about the food of mess, and the infrastructure. It has done a good job in other administration.

I did an internship of 2 months in Aditi technologies pvt. ltd. and the experience was really good. I learnt about ASP NET, front end development using HTML5, CSS3, bootstrap and Query.

Every year there is an event called "Insignia" happens in college.It is a national level techno-cultural event. Includes technical events like : Night out coding, robotics, Auto Cad design competition etc and cultural events like : western/ classical music/dance, games like - chess, video game battles, snake and ladder etc, and beatbox event, which is a dj show.

Expensive upto some extent. 1st year - 32000 rupees, tuition fees + 10000 college fees, 2nd year - 32000 + 12000, 3rd year - 36000 + 12000, 4th year - 36000 + 12000 (above are approx values, i forgot the real figures).

There were good, gender ratio is almost 60 male and 40 female, the other activities were good, there were number of events like cricket tournaments, indoor game competitions, knowledge sharing sessions, peer learning and so much more. equality was there regarding gender, religion and stuff. it hardly happens in college campuses.

Hostel facilities were good, 24hrs electric power backup, average rooms with enough space, cleanliness was maintained in hostelmess food was good for 1st year, but it became bad in 2nd, worst in 3rd.and in 4th year, i stayed out because of food quality.

Has been quite good but not great, since we are busy in our lives. But whenever juniors call me for any suggestions, i dont find difficulty to talk to them

SDM is autonomous college. Has a semester system and relative grading is followed to assess students. One semester is of 3 months (approx)each sem has 3 internals and one external exam (for each subject) each sem has 6 to 8 subjects internal and external exams have equal weight (50% 50%).Yes, exams and labs were frequent.

Faculties were less competent, some of them were good and most of then (80%) were not good. A few didnt even know the subjects properly. Some faculties were nice and good in terms of knowledge and teaching skills.
