The management needs to understand the industry standards and prepare the students for it.

There was quite a shortage when it came to BBA however the faculty is very good for BCA and the professors there are qualified but BBA professors lacked knowledge and it is quite backward when it comes to industry specific knowledge. There is only 1 industry visit.

To get placement here is quite difficult as the slection happens from the 6 colleges under them. Some of the companies that recruit from here Cognizant, Wipro, TCS. So the criteria for the students to qualify is to get a 7 point. So when we come to per branch placement it is around 10%. There is no different preparation for the interview by the branches.

There are a few technical feativals that takes place through the process of seminars. When it comes to the cultural festivals the college celebrates Saraswati Puja and the yearly social meet is termed as Verbena for this the college pays a lump sum amount however the extra has to be paid by the students.

The fee structure is feasible as per industry standards. They just accept drafts and thats the only type of payments accepted by the college. There is no fee breakdown provided by the college even the receipt that is provided is just a paper printount.

There are no options of scholarship in the college and hence no eligibility criteria for it. The college however accepts outside scholarship.

The campus life is nothing compared as per the the other big colleges the college is quite small and doesnot have a huge campus. The gender ratio of men and women is 60:40 and there is no case of intolerance reported till date. There is no politics associated with the college except for the instances of ragging in the name of intro.

There is no hostel facility available in the college, however there are a few houses which provides PG facility and also rooms can be rented in the locality. The average cost of the PG is around 1200 to 1300 a month however the rent of a single room is around 5000 a month.

There is no contact, people at times visit the college post graduation but, the college doesnt have a alumni system.

I wanted to pursue MBA hence wanted to do BBA so that I follow a particular path of management. Techno India Group is a renowned education group across West Bengal, now it has its own university. Also when it comes to placement the college is quite renowned with big companies hiring.

There are maximum 5-6 lecturers in the college and the average age would be around 40 to 42 years maximum. Most of them hold bachelors degree except a few holding master's degree. Most of them are inexpreienced with them starting their career from this college, however from different branches of the institute.
