Yes, I won't say it's great, but it is far better as we are more into practical world than in theory. We have been provided with essential to do research and also old research are provided as part of guidance. There have been multiple industrial visit in Chandrapur, Hyderabad and Nagpur industries to know how things works and enhance the knowledge of working elements.

There are lot of placements starting from 3rd year to degree completion and most of them are SME and IT industries. Every year the average might be near to 30-40 percent students placement. Students are taught on how crack the interview and get placed. About internship, yes there it is for 3rd and 4th year students in different fields.

Funfair, seminars, Parliament, gathering, farewell, quiz competition, sports events, brach expo events. These are some big events organized and participated by our and other colleges also. In many cases awards are distributed as a course of gesture for the students and faculty.

It's a bit hard to say, but because there is scholarship given to every students from General to SC and ST from 40 to 70 percent fees waver from government of maharashtra. As General the student gets 25k and SC and ST gets 35 to 40K from government as scholarship. The total amount of fees is 75K annually.

Yes, I have opted for scholarship from government of maharashtra as I'm a son of small time wage earner. The scholarship was based on the family income certificate which i produced from municipal corporation and got it approved form the Maharashtra government.

Gender ratio is quite good as the number of boys and girls fluctuate from department to department. But being specific in most of the events the number of girls used to top the Boyz number. In regards to social integrity and diversity it's far good as nobody cares who you are unless you don't try to do something careless. Mostly the political affiliation runs from INC to BJP and non other.

For me currently no, because I leave with my parents here on a rented flat. But earlier I was leaving with cousins as they also are in same college as me. And it was a 1BHK flat with wide space and attached washroom and toilet. It was clean and in residential area, where mostly family was leaving.

Yes, a lot of them are either in nagpur or near by areas and anytime a help is needed they are there to help you. In one of the cases one of the Alumni i had a good relation is a M.Tech in Mechanical branch and he is an awardee from President for his innovation. The thing I have learned from his that never back down weather the project is a large one or small.

After finishing my SSC from mumbai board I applied for Polytechnic Electric Branch in same college and my name came in the 3rd list of cap round form filled by Government website. The original documents were submitted as part of verification and then admissions were taken place. After finishing my poly I applied for 2nd year B. E in same college as that was a plus for poly students. My name came in 2nd round of college admissions list. And for the part why I opted this; that's because of my interest with E&I was from childhood and seeing my cousin doing new innovative things with electrical appliances got me here.

Starting from principal, is a qualified PHD holder and each branch HOD is also PHD holder. Then the core teaching faculty is BE/B.TECH with some industrial exposure experience in there background. Mostly all the lecturers are 40+ age and some even 50 with as many 20 years teaching experience.
