My college

The management is pretty good and they are as strict as required. They try to ensure students comforts as much as possible. The only thing I felt is a bad thing is the construction which results in congestion and air pollution but they are trying their best to complete the construction work as fast as possible.

The course structure is very good. In the first year, they provide common subjects for all the students irrespective of their subject domain so that we can decide on what we want to do in engineering. They provide an option to change our branch after the first year based on merit. They encourage research, provide all the help academically and financially too. They placements are also very good.

The placements are very good. There is a record 100% placement since many years with many tier-1 companies offering jobs and the package provided is also very good. Our college encourages the companies to provide internships too in the summer as well as in the last year either in 7th sem or 8th sem. I've got a summer internship right now in Doubtnut.

There are many fests in our college every year. The first one is a science fest called Epsilon where there are many competitions regarding science and technology. Then there is prakalpa where the students display their projects. Then there is our annual techno cultural fest Aatmatrisha which is celebrated with a great pomp.

The fee structure is a bit expensive when compared to other colleges. The fees is 101000 per annum for K-CET which includes all the tuition fee, examination fee and fee for other facilities too. There is admission through PESSAT in which they have to pay 300000 per annum and they take admission through management too.

They give scholarship based on merit. There is MRD scholarship and CNR Rao scholarship which are the two main scholarships which provide 15% and 20% of the tuition fee as scholarship.

The campus life is very peaceful with a lot of fresh air due to lots of plants and greenery. There are a lot of places where students can sit and work on their projects or have lunch with friends. Boys and girls live in harmony and work together. There are many societies like CSR and Changemaker societies which help in making the world a better place.

The alumni are very helpful and provide any help needed on academic doubts or doubts regarding placements or resumes. They hold talks regularly to help the students to prepare for their future.

I got in through K-CET. We had to go to our college to confirm the admission and then we had to collect a DD from our admission office. And then we had to pay money in the bank inside our college and submit the challan and confirm our admission. Our course started from the next day with a bridge course.

There are many teachers in our course everyone more experienced than the other. They are in constant learning motion increasing their knowledge about the course and the way of teaching. They employ different innovative ways of teaching to make learning a better experience. Yes they hold industry experience too.
