Definitely a good college and at a good location. A college far from the main town and away from markets. Though it's annoying some times as public transport isnt always available at minimum cost.

Faculty are definitely upto the mark atleast most of them. Secondly, the system is very much disciplined though regrets sometimes. Yes, industrial knowledge is provided though not that great. More than 600 placed in-campus placements of 1000. Visits at an industry at Cuttack, proper arrangements were made by the college.

Nearly, 600 out of 960 studies are already placed in campus placement and mostly form ECE and CSE departments as they have a higher demand rate. Talking names of few that came for placement are Wipro, Infosys,TCS, WD, cabgemini, CTS, and around fourty plus companies came ranging form 1.5lpa to 16 lpa (lpa - lakhs per annum). Each company had its own selection process and steps required to perform. Each company had its own ideas for recruitments and percentage to qualify for interviews. The common steps performed by mistake companies were 1. Percentage in intermediate, matriculation and college CGPA that should be more than 60% overall. Internships are not many in our college and no information is there with me about the internship process. Well, I got placed off campus at Tata motors as hardware inspection analyst. There is also some ppt (pre-placement test) which increases the chances of getting into campus recruitments which too is optional.

Every year, excluding the festival's and the club events there are two events every which are celebrated in very huge level, namely 1. Sankalp and 2. Waves Sankalp is a hugh event with a duration of two days. In this a sum of 350/- is collected when you are registering in it for second time and for first time registration an additional amt of 150/- need to be paid along with Sankalp registration frees of 350/-. 2ndly, waves. Waves is an inter college fest. No fees is required for registration as such no outsiders are allowed as in Sankalp were outsides are also allowed. Apart form these, club are there and they held some events during there selection in the club's.

The fee structure horses like (on 1year basis and course is of 4years) 150000/- Academics 22000/- Hostel 36000/- Mess bill 7000/- Books Additional there are lots of spends that are optional as for events a money of 350/- + 150/-(one time) is required for events held each year. There is also your expenses that is all upon you as the food provided is usually not that great. Then after expenses like on projects are also should be taken into concern.

Yes. There are no number of scholarships available for every one to avail and scaling them is also just a step away. With every scholarships available for students poses diffrent eligibility criteria. There is book allowance, students tending to show their lesser pay scale are also eligible for many scholarships.

The campus life is hell beautiful. No tention perticularly when you are staying at hostel as college is 5 min away from your bed. No comments on gender as till date gender in this college ment only male and female. Also no comments on cast, race or religion.Talking about politics, that's a part of society and if there are people then there would be politics. So, there no discrimination on anything just a difference in behaviour between a hostel guy and local guy.

Alumni are very much helpful though very less as the college was estd on 1996 with very few students and teaching staff. Seniors are very helpful and very much Joly nature actually most of them not all. Most of the allumnis are working in great areas and earning great. And our seniors were always helpful in every ways.

OJee made me into this college, got admission, and first college day from 6th Aug 2016. Firstly, given the joint entrance examination mains ie. JEE mains and scored around 40 getting a rank of around 10 lakhs, and that was actually a far away rank for getting in very good colleges. Then after got into this college through and OJee rank examination held at Rourkela and finally got a call for documents and verifications at ITI, Rourkela. Finally, got a call form NIST for getting in with all proper documentation on 6th of August,2016.

A total of 6 subjects constitutes around 100+ lectures and this is only for 1st year as 2nd year we have lesser subjects and similarly on 3rd and 4th year we have fewer subjects so a total of roughly around 250+ lecture needs to be attained. Average age of students ranges from 18 to 26 years in 1st year as of when I was in 2st year I was 22 years old.
