Entrance Preview

I opted for diploma in computer engineering and scored 74% average. I took admission in this college because its a well known college and good campus placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

Learned alot of programming and use of algorithms.Overall the course was interesting.New subjects were taught. Practicals for each subject was conducted.

Placement Experience

Companies like l&t, capgemini, tcs came for placements offering 3lacs pa salary.Non criteria companies also came offering 2-3 lacs salary.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive 1.2 lakhs a year And it includes tuition fees etc. But most of the time the AC doesnt work so i guess we pay extra for something which is not provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont have an idea about it but a concession is offered to the castes like OBC, ST ,NT, SC etc.We also get railway concession.

Campus Life

Our college organizes an industrial visit at the end of every semester and takes us to various places. We have a dandia night in college, dj, ganpati pooja. Gender ratio is balanced.

Exam Structure

Exams and labs were as per the schedule given by the university.Exams are not so hectic as help is always provided at our college.

Faculty of my college is very good.Some professors are a bit harsh but that's okay.Our principal and HOD both are very nice. They make sure our syllabus is done long before exams so we have time to study.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I got admission through cap allotment,cap round 1.its not a tough process,but when you are applying through cap rounds you are supposed to go through a lot of process and document validation and filling multiple forms. But,once you are assigned to this college through cap allotment,your documents will be ready with you for sure,you just have to validate in the office and pay the fees. Fees can be paid in installments but the first installment shall be paid during the day of admission...Read More
