The environment and campus life are good. The Hostel manager is the worst. The Hostel manager only tries to get money out of the students pocket. He will try to find the students in very small mistakes, also without any investigation.

The course provided is good and the curriculum is also average. The teacher is not that good in terms of knowledge there are very few teachers who have good knowledge. The placements are also average the maximum companies that visit are marketing companies. The college mainly has 2 internal exams with practical and 1 sem exam with practical. The college generally conducts 2 Viva's also.

Mainly the companies that visit our college are kovair, amazon, gboxz, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, fame technologies and many more. Basically, our college has an average placement rate.

Mainly our college has a coding club, a robotics club, e-cell, NSS, and sports clubs. Every year our college conducts an e-fest it's just an average fest no celebrity or singers are called everything is done by the college students only. Every student can take part in these events conducted by the clubs.

Generally, you have to pay every semester around 45000 and if you take hostel then extra 25000 for the hostel. You can pay online or using demand draft cash payment is not acceptable in this college. You don't need to pay extra to get admission. If you want the admission in management quota then you may have to pay the extra fee to the administration. There is also one thing if you don't pay the fees in time they will impose a late fine of 100 rs every day. Yes, there is transparency in the breakdown of the fees.

Basically, the gender ratio is 70 - 30. The college doesn't have any political and their nothing to be afraid of about girls as the place is very safe and secure. The police in Durgapur is the worst and if you are in the first year try to avoid roaming in the night after 11 pm and don't go to many places along with you gf. If any police see you they will surely find you and harass you.

Yes, For the 1st year only I opted for the hostel. The hostel is average they have options for the attached bathroom, common bathroom, and a single room with attached bathroom. In the normal rooms are shared by two students. The main problem with the college hostel is 1. The network inside the hostel is very unstable. 2. They only provide low-quality veg foods. 3. Non-veg food is not allowed still you can carry non-veg food inside your room. 4. Using immersion rods or Iron or heater or induction is strictly prohibited and if someone is found using this they are fined and the thing is ceased.

The seniors are good and very helpful. You just need to find the good senior but still except a few seniors maximum seniors are helping and supportive. The alumni are also very supportive.

Basically, I got into this college through my jee mains rank. The semester started in August. I visited the college for documents submitted at the starting of July. It's a-ok college. Initially, you only have to go to the administrative block and submit your documents and then you have to pay an initial amount of 80k it includes caution money and your college uniform money.

The faculty is not that good in this college in this present time. They used to have good faculties in previous years but now the situation is not that good. I am a computer science student and in our department in total, we have around 50 faculties. Maximum of them are of 40 or 45 years.
