Course Curriculum Overview
Bcom industry integrated was a professional course where we interned at different industries after each semester. We also had mba subjects. Making post graduation even more easy. Teaching is good. But French teachers aren’t that great. Otherwise resource wise it’s good.
Placement Experience
Placement is good if you have cleared all subjects. I have interned at a service industry which was hotel le meridien, a manufacturing industry which is karnataka Soaps and detergents limited. And they also took us to a village adopted by our college for community service.
College Events
We celebrated so many. Namely Annual day and teachers day and children day and the holy mass and Christmas and Independence Day and Republic Day. A lot of Christian festivals because it’s a Christian college so that’s inevitable. We also had a day to show appreciation for workers.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes they do provide transparency. The fee structure is quite reasonable. Only if you take bcom industry integrated it’s a little expensive is what I felt. Because we have to pay for computer classes, language classes etc. and also for things like factory visits.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven’t but if you do have a scholarship take it to the principle and you’ll be allowed free accommodation too in the hostels.
Campus Life
All women college. They had good basketball team. A lot of cultural and social activities. There’s always a Fest or something or the other happening at the campus. So they bring in great food for these fests and we have great bands coming over to play.
Admission
I did my first and second pre university. So was an ex student already. That’s how I got eligibility to get through mount Carmel degree college. You can have influence and use it with politicians but it’s easier to get admission if you’re a Christian.
Faculty
We had about 11 subjects. Lecturers are well equipped and knowledgeable but French teachers aren’t good at all. So we had mba subjects and we had to intern at different industries after each semester. So no post semester holidays if you take up bcom industry integrated.
