Entrance Preview
My college takes its own entrance examination for admission in any of the courses.The entrance exam process started 3 years ago.I opted for this college as this is the topmost college of the Patna University.
Course Curriculum Overview
Recently they have decided to change the syllabus of all the courses. So the syllabus is going to be advanced from next year. As there is less recruitment on the post of faculties so most of the teachers are experienced but there is lack of faculty members which i want to be be improved.
Internships Opportunities
At undergraduate level we are not given internship or stipend in my college.You have to search for these and apply at different levels by ourselves.There is no any scope provided to apply for these stuffs.
Placement Experience
Rcently 2-3 companies visited here like - TCS,Wipro etc. Who visit here annually to show the possibility to have a job.Many students are selected also to do work in these companies. These companies give annual package of 1.8 lacs with contribution in our higher studies.
College Events
In my college mainly Independence day,Republic day,Annual functions are celebrated alon with seminars of some delegates and many famous people. Students enjoy celebrating teacher's day,freshers and farewell parties. They are cultural events only. No major extracurricular activity is held at regular intervals.Science exhibition and poster competition was also hels once.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is least in this college as you don't have to pay much for studies. Its a nominal fee .You don't have to think much about this.Its upto 3000-4000 for the traditional undergraduate courses.In other courses like BCA and MCA the couse fee is much low as compared to other universities.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't availed any scholarship package in my college.But many of the minority castes students and backward students can aplly for the scholarships over here to get some help in their studies.
Campus Life
In campus all the seniors and junior students behave friendly with each other.Gender ratio is almost equal in this college if we get it together.Students enjoy to have birthday parties in common room of the hostels.Saraswati pooja is held in all the hostels with a great joy.Students of diffrent status and religions come here to study and their is no any discrimination among them.
Exam Structure
In UG level exams are taken annualy. But in PG it is taken semester wise.So there is much time to prepare for your exams and score more without any hectic schedule.Exams are taken on time that is the best point of this college or university.Some days are decided for the labs which are held partly for the students.
Faculty
Faculties in this college are experienced and much qualified.They are avaiable for us for problem discussion.There is lack of faculty in these courses that is the thing to think upon.It requires recruitment of more professors to complete the overall syllabus.
