Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is 3 years curriculum, it includes 6 semesters, in the first year we go to Franciscan Pvt limited for the industrial visit. Franciscan Pvt limited also came for placement drive in the hi-tech institute of engineering and technology. It is affiliated with CCS University.

The training and placement department is doing our best to place our students in various companies, in our college they also provide the internship under the campus R systems and pertinax has an excellence center in the college.

Admission

On 22 may 2017 I visited the college and apply for admission, after that, I get a call from the college for an interview and a small interaction about my school life. Then I came to give the entrance exam. After that, I get another call from the college to document verification.

Faculty

In this college all the faculty members help us to do better in our semesters and exams according to me all the faculty of BCA are very loveable they teach in a great way. A.k Jain sir the faculty of mathematics is very kind nature and they also help to make the project.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
