SVIST - Review

More labs and upgraded infrastructure by which students will be enlightened to the vast research and gain knowledge.

Faculty members were highly qualified and exactly guided us on how to become professional in every aspect. Be it theory or practicals, they have been sublime in teaching and letting us know everything in detail. The exam was quite hard under strict Invigilators. Placements at the end were quite good as well, with the highest LPA bagger around 8Lakhs. No specific industrial visits from the institution.

The placement was good, with almost 98% placement in different fields. Whereas the highest LPA was 8, the lowest was not bad at all, 1.5Lakh. Many MNCs came and recruited the best of us. Among them are CTC, Yoodly, Mphasis, Wipro, Genpact, HCL, and many more.

Starting from Cultural Fest to Technical Fest, everything used to be arranged by the college every year. While the Cultural Fest comprises all the drama, dance, songs, performances, guest participants, Technical Fest was full of knowledge and fun. Be it robotics, sports, or gaming event, all was organized smoothly. Participants from all around the technical colleges used to be the main attraction of these events.

Fee breakdown is transparent, as the government had set a fee structure that has been followed by every private institution. The fee is a bit expensive but the facilities that have been provided were fully worth it. The main mode of payment was Cheque and DD. No additional charges, except the examination fees.

Scholarships have been provided by the institution. Only placements were there, which was quite fruitful.

Campus life has been good. The campus comprises the college, a sports activity ground, a small pond along with decorated trees all around, and a sitting/gossiping place for the students. Also, there was a common room where from carrom to Table tennis to cards everything used to be played. The gender ratio is 10:15. No such racism or harassment used to be tolerated at campus and strict action was taken against them whenever happened.

It was quite good. They shared a lot of stuff regarding college, faculties, study, how to tackle interviews, and many more.

Admission through JEE Main. Good institution with a wide variety of educational facilities and infrastructure, good placement as well. Admission steps are easy and done directly through bank transfer or DD. Semester fees get deducted via cheques or DD every 6 months, excluding exam fees. You will be required to all your personal documents during admission time (soft copies).

Faculty members were highly qualified, with most of them completing their PGDM degree in their respective fields. They have been hardworking, helpful, a guide to every solution, PPT lectures, with immense clarity on the subject to become proficient in it. There were many lectures held by the respective departments and lectures have been shared on the upcoming technologies and upgrades.
