Outstanding college with over-all development

The management doesn't encourage us financially when we go to other states for any conferences.

The college has taken all necessary measures to see that all the required concepts are covered in the syllabus. My college only focuses on theoretical experience and we never have a practical exposure at industries. So it would be better if have some practical knowledge too.

Our college is average at the time of placements. Most of the placements are from CSE and a few core companies do recruit but only a few students. All the companies had entrance exam and then the call letters for interviews will be sent to those who were good at written test. So, who performs well at interview will be recruited. The college formed a Training and placements cell which train us in the 1st, 2nd and 4th year on our communication skills.

We have a technical fest called Samshodini where each branch organizes a workshop and 5 technical events related to their branch. We have a 2-day cultural fest called Sanskriti where there will many cultural events and pro shows. We'll have graduation days, signature day for 4th year students and sports day event.

My college fees is 1 lakh 5 thousand excluding the administration fees which is 14000 in the first year and 7 thousand from 2nd year onwards. This administration fee includes library fees and all others charges. We have to pay the whole amount at once.

No, the college doesn't provide any scholarships but the state government does. I get a scholarship lo 35000 per year under EWS category which is for economically weaker sections in the society. To get a EWS certificate, we need to apply for the same at our nearest MeeSeva center.

The campus life is awesome. We'll have many events every month. So we'll never get out of track when at college. We balance our studies and extra curricular activities equally. The campus is a 65-acre campus with lots of greenary. There'll be seperate building for each department with a garden before it. We have courts for all the games including tennikoit, gym etc. The boys to girls ratio will be around 11:9.

I stay in the boys Hostel. We have two buildings where one is for only 1st year students and the other is for the remaining students. The hostels are ragging free and the mess food is average. The hostel fee is 26000 and we pay 24000 for mess annually.

The alumni is always available for us. We take their suggestions for better future. They visit our college to organize career related programs, sports events etc.

I wrote EAMCET exam after my 12th class and then attended document verification at the allotted center. Then I was given my id and password to login into another EAMCET website to choose colleges for 1st counseling. I chose and I got this college but I was not satisfied with the college and participated in 2nd counseling too but I got the same college with same branch again. I went for third counseling by opting colleges online and got the same college with same branch again. So there was no change in neither my college nor my branch front those three counselings. Then I reserved my seat my paying the fee in this college through NCC Quota. I chose this course because I wanted to be Scientist in Defence Electronics.

There are mixed kind of faculty among which some are too good, some are good and some are inefficient. Apart from their teaching, they try to help us regarding the subjects in whatever way possible. Many of the lectures are PhD holders so there are not many lecturers who are ineffective.
