Viva College is one and the only college who has fewer fees and only college who has three teams called E-Baha, E-Baja, and aero for SAE national and international competitions. There is only one bad aspect is that college is far away from Virar station around 10 km. Only the online admission process as mention in government rules and regulation. New admission is done in June.
Course Curriculum Overview
I just decided to choose to engineer but it is really hard to pick which field so I collected all the info related to the different fields of engineering and then I realize I loved cars and bikes so I decided to choose Mechanical Engineering. Faculty-student ratio in my college is perfect every class has two mentors and different subject different teachers. Though the teachers who are teaching us in college all of them have masters in their particular subject and some of the professors has done PhD also. The teaching method is digital and virtual. Advance teaching method. Term exams are taken as government orders and regulation. If you study well it is easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Due to the pandemic this year Los of company hire for interns and college also supports for internships. I am in the third year so it's difficult to say about projects and internships.
Placement Experience
From the sixth semester students become eligible for campus placements. Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, LTI and much more different industry come for placements. I don't have any idea about packages. Study of the master after completing the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Same fee structure as Mumbai University guidelines. Terms and policies are good. Moderate level of cost study. There are many scholarships as depending on cast and marks obtained in HSC and entrance exams.
Campus Life
College techfest are there in the month of January and sports or cultural event also organised by the college. Campus life is good and healthy. College have a library which provides every book so there is no shortage of books. The college always support sports and events and also helps in projects too. There are many pages on Instagram.
