Remarks

This college was the best education in engineering. Also, known for the best professors and lecturers in engineering college. So I choose this college to study.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose production engineering. In term of the semester, there are some difficult subjects so I study up to late-night before the exam day

In this college, the study fee was 4000 rupees because this is a government college. And some extra fees like tuition fees,lab fees, sports fees, library fees, etc. And this college gives a government scholarship like MYSY.

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement, too much companies are visited to our campus like , L&T , TATA, TCS many others around 150+ companies. Which is the highest placement in our college is that 20 lakhs and average package is that around 5 to 6 lakhs.

i chose GEC-BVN mainy because i live in bhavnagar,and staying close to home seemed like best option.I had the chance to get in GEC-Gandhingar but both college have same syllabus and simillar placement records.I also applied in LD and VGEC but i did't have that much rank to get in.GEC-BVN and all college of engineering in gujarat has same admissioon process through ACPC.in ACPC they consider your 12th bord marksheet and GUJCET mark and make rank for all student.process is smooth with online application and document verifaction.
