Rcoem college review

I had chosen this college because its rank was 51 when I took the admission and now it is 113. Admission is done on the basis of jee main score and MH CET score. For Hindi sider students there is a linguistic minority quota. One needs to get a good score to get admission to this college. In Maharashtra among all the private colleges on the basis of teaching and placement, this college is ranked 1st.

The course syllabus is too good and the faculty is also well qualified I.e many of them have done there Be from IIT or NIT and all of them have done MTech from IIT or NIT. Some are still pursuing their PHD and many of them have a teaching experience of more than 30 years. Classes and practicals are well conducted. There is 3 unit test in each semester and best of 2 are considered and a preparation leave of 10-15 days are given in the end semester.

College offer last semester internship and those who are not interested in an internship have to attend college regularly. Many of the internships have stipend and some are paid.

Except for civil department and mechanical department, every department is having a placement of more than 95%. The highest package in civil was 4.5 LPA and avg. Was off 3 LPA . The overall highest package was 8 LPA and avg. 3 LPA. For name of the companies and the offer made one can visit the college website and placement cell there. I had done Mtech after my engineering.

Fees hike is 20-25% every year. There are many scholarship programs for a student such as EBC in which they have to have half fees. And students of TFWS have to just pay caution money. And there are many scholarship programs of state govt.

There is no campus life as the campus is too small even after bunking the class one cannot hangout as there is no such except canteen and OAT. The campus is having wifi and classrooms also. Projectors are there in each classroom and the labs are also well equipped. The main fest of the college is pratishuti for which everyone is excited and every department has its own fest and for welcoming freshers also their is fest called aaruhi. We also give farewell to our seniors. For self-development, there are many clubs Drama, music, literary, Dance and technical.

All facilities are available in a hostel that is available at home I.e bed, study table, chair, playroom, TV room, cupboard, laundry, etc. . The toilets are also clean and the rooms are cleaned as many times as one wants in a day. The food of the mess is good and the menu keeps changing every month as per the requirement of students but the food is pure veg as nonveg is not allowed on campus even in the canteen. In the hostel, every festival is being celebrated with full enthusiasm. The registration process is too easy one has to go to the hostel office and just pay the fees of the hostel and will get the room as per the availability .
