GMIT BARUIPUR my experience

As a private engineering college, GMIT is good. Infrastructure is amazing. Faculties are helpful. They help us always by notes, suggestions. I get swami Vivekanand Scholarship that's why I have to pay less money Frome myself. And those who hey above 75% get a scholarship. My admission process was first I submitted 10k for sit booking then I paid sem fees. Placements are a good many students get paid internship for experience before permanent jobs. Some of them get jobs on TCS and some get 10 lakh /annum jobs. It also depends on you the smartness communication skills behaviour and knowledge must. And negativity is always but always we have to stay with positive sides. So as an engineering college in South Kolkata GMIT is good. It's an amazing campus. I prefer the college now I'm a 2nd-year student on CSE and my cgpa was in 1st year 8.2. So work hard and Gmit I a good college.

I choose the CE because I'm interested in computer animation. Choosing a stream is depends on the students their interest. Faculties are very helped they help us whenever we get problems in our studies. I scored 8.2 on my last semester. So passing an exam is not a difficult thing if you learn all the things.

There are many companies like Bassetti, Infliflelc etc offered internships. Many were get a chance on other renown companies. Permanent jobs are also in TCS, cognizant etc.

Placements are good. Every student gets paid internship for experience before getting permanent jobs. Some of them get jobs on TCS and some get 10 lakh/annum. So it's good.

I get scholarship Swami Vivekanand. So the student who scored 75% and above get the scholarship and less there is also Nabanna Aikayshree scholarship. I get the scholarship that's why I have to pay less amount from myself.

CAMPUS life is amazing. Every year held Annual fest. Tech fest is 'Anwesha'. In September there held that program. Fresher's program is amazing. There held DKB Cup. It's a football match. And different programs, the seminar is there. Yes, Gmit has a big library with WiFi facility. The sports program is also there. Singing dancing. Drawing recitation, quizzes gaming competitions are there. There is also a fitness gym and club where sir taught us how to protect ourselves.
