Course Curriculum Overview

Passion to Optometry motivated to choose this course. Consultant doctors and Post graduate doctors takes class. There are 10 seat in the course Bachelor of Optometry. Exams are terminal method held usually in the month of August.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities

According to the course you are opting after 3 or 4 years of course is complete you get to work as an intern in Christian Medical College Vellore with payment upto 10000 per month.

Placement Experience

After the course is complete there is one year internship there itself. After internship you get two year experience as an employee either in Christian Medical College or Christian Medical College verified hospitals around the country.

Honest review of my college experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the final semester. As the first batch, only a few companies have visited so far, with limited offers made. The highest and average packages are still developing and not clearly defined yet. Currently, the percentage of students getting placements is low, but it is expected to improve in the coming years. After completing the degree, I plan to pursue higher studies and build a career in my field.
