Remarks

Our campus is very large a well decorated with gardens and playgrounds. Good faculty with good placement and nice environment. Our seniors are very helpful. Admission process is very well manipulated. I prefer this college for its nice environment and their faculties are most helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college is affiliated by MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University). Most of the syllabus patterns are updated and the teachers are nicely cover up all the syllabus with weekly mock test and assignments. We have very highly qualified faculties at each of the department.

Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Maximum number of students are get an opportunity to placed in a reputed companies like infosys. From core to non-core students they try their best to get hired by companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our per semester fees is around 45k and scholarships are also available.

Campus Life

Our campus has two big playgrounds, two canteens and wifi is also available all over the campus. Our library has many variations on books and they provide us all the semester books. Cultural, technical fest and annual sports are held in our college in every year.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I feel proud being a student of Gmit

Our college campus is fully green campus. All teachers and faculty members are highly qualified and very helpful. All the classrooms are well groomed. Library is very good. All types of books are available in our library. Semester fees is comfortable for all types of students. Admission process is very easy. All types of scholarship are available for all students. Laboratories are decorated by updated instruments. Gym is available in our college. Playground is very clean. Many outdoor games (like: Football, Cricket, badminton etc.) and indoor games (like: chess, caram etc.) are available in our campus. 24Ã—7 hours electricity and water are available.
